Richard has almost 30 years of business and finance experience both locally and globally. He is one of the most highly experienced financial advisory specialists in the region with a particular focus on corporate problem solving.
He has extensive experience in Fundraising, M&A, Business Valuation, Capital Markets, Family Office Advisory, Debt and Capital Structure Advisory, Financial Transformation and Business Integration.

Co-founder and Managing Director
Michelle is a 30-year veteran of bringing innovative, next-generation businesses and products to market. Her experience starting, growing and successfully exiting her own ventures, organizing small startups, re-directing mid-size firms, and leading the product lines of Fortune 500 companies places her as a unique operator within the Middle East. She has excelled in CEO, COO, Board, and Advisory roles.
Her specialty is new business formation, company and product launches, and organizational management optimized for hyper growth. Her background:
