Co-founder and Managing Director

Richard has almost 30 years of business and finance experience both locally and globally. He is one of the most highly experienced financial advisory specialists in the region with a particular focus on corporate problem solving.

He has extensive experience in Fundraising, M&A, Business Valuation, Capital Markets, Family Office Advisory, Debt and Capital Structure Advisory, Financial Transformation and Business Integration.

Richard is uniquely positioned with a highly relevant blend of experiences:

Experience as a principal investor, General Partner, operator, and advisor.
Executing fundraisings, M&A, performance improvement and transformational projects both as an advisor and principal.
Deal origination and execution excellence both as an advisor and as a principal.
Board level including CFO and CEO experience bringing significant day to day operational experience.

Michelle Crawford

Co-founder and Managing Director

Michelle is a 30-year veteran of bringing innovative, next-generation businesses and products to market. Her experience starting, growing and successfully exiting her own ventures, organizing small startups, re-directing mid-size firms, and leading the product lines of Fortune 500 companies places her as a unique operator within the Middle East. She has excelled in CEO, COO, Board, and Advisory roles.

Her specialty is new business formation, company and product launches, and organizational management optimized for hyper growth. Her background:

Organizational design from the ground up as well as complex reorganizations, including legal, HR, and cybersecurity considerations
Leading the strategic planning of billion-dollar product lines, resulting in Implementation Plans that give direction to all divisions in a company.
